In front of you have introduced the basic information about sintering furnace, I believe you have a certain understanding of it. Of course, understanding is endless, sintering furnace in the current large-scale use of society, but also to understand the sintering furnace. The following is to popularize the information about sintering furnace maintenance.

(1) Drying treatment should be carried out after new furnace and replacement of refractory materials. The oven should be heated in stages. In the early stage of drying, the heating rate is low and the time is long. Because the furnace is cold when the temperature is just raised, the moisture content in the furnace material is high. When the temperature is lower than 400 ℃, open the furnace door to discharge water vapor. When the temperature rises to 700 ℃, it should be kept for a period of time to make the temperature of furnace body uniform. The drying procedure of the new furnace is as follows:

20~100℃:8 h

20~100℃:8 h

100~2000℃:16 h

100~2000℃:16 h

200~4000℃:8 h

200~4000℃:8 h

400~700℃:10 h

400~700℃:10 h

700~1000℃:6 h

700~1000℃:6 h

If it is a mesh belt furnace, it should be operated for a period of time when the furnace temperature rises to 400 ℃ for pre oxidation treatment to improve the service life of mesh belt.

(2) The impurities with low melting point (sulfur, lead, zinc, etc.) in the compact will corrode the furnace materials and heating elements. In order to improve the service life of the furnace, the furnace should be cleaned regularly, especially in the pre burning area. In order to avoid polluting furnace and heating elements, sulfur and other elements should be avoided as much as possible in powder metallurgy burden.

(3) The furnace should be cleaned regularly. When carbon monoxide or other carbonaceous gases are used, carbon may be decomposed from hydrocarbons. This part of carbon will deposit on the furnace wall and heating elements, which will pollute the furnace, corrode refractories and damage electric heating elements.

(4) Keep the furnace clean, regularly clean up the furnace scale, gravel ink, zinc oxide and other debris.

(5) Check the connection of electric heating element and wire to prevent arcing due to poor contact.

(6) Because the furnace needs to be operated under low dew point, the flange sealed with bolts should be regularly detected for leakage.

(7) Do not send the burning boat with oil pollution into the furnace. The oil pollution entering into the furnace will make the dew point increase sharply and affect the normal operation.

(8) Over temperature operation is strictly prohibited.

As outlined above, these are the preliminary steps for further understanding. At the same time, because the daily maintenance of sintering furnace is very important, which affects the normal use of sintering furnace, so it is necessary to understand.
