Application:

It is mainly used for high temperature sealing, brazing and annealing process in N2 or N2, H2 atmosphere for products like, TO base and cap, IC/laser glass-metal pacakges, connector/relay of Aerospace, metal brazing, compressor terminal and etc.

Reliable atmosphere control system, the oxygen content inside of furnace can be controlled within 10 ppm+gas source oxygen content, alarm function is complete and multi-level authorization control.

Efficient thermal and airflow design ensures energy efficient and efficient production.

The actual oxygen content in the furnace is monitored on-line, and the atmosphere field is controllable and traceable.

The hydrogen input and ignition devices are designed to be interlocked, and the hydrogen input and exhaust pipes are all mechanical or pneumatic valves to ensure the safety of gas use.

The muffle structure is combined with the first class heating elements. The long-term usage temperature can reach 1150℃.

With automatic heating function, the temperature can be heated up step by step, so that the equipment can be effectively protected.
